How much should i sell my power plant for?

I haven't been playing kapilands as much as i have played it be for, and i was wondering how much i could sell my power plant for. It is Congo:186287 Power plant E:60 13600 m

well 16,000m2 reds are going for 2bil so yourrs is in green thus producing less and is a bit smaller personally id say you could shift it for 1.2-1.4bil if you found the right buyer

well if i were you i would keep it for myself and sell the power instead of the building!!!power is expensive these days!

thats what i was thinking, but if i could get allot for my power plant, then i could expand all my other ones some more
