Special buildings

I have understood all official information there are/I can find, I believe, but I miss some important information:
/What happens if exbanding building types, which gave points when they where built? (Any points for the exbanding itself (if so - How many?) Are there point got by the products after the exbantion? If so - Are they got similar to have they are got in the first level?)

/And how about the Government building - What use do we have of that? As far as I noticed the first level just costed money...

You get a ONE-TIME set of points for building special buildings. However, you don't recieve ANY points for expanding.

The extra points come from turning in products for "tasks" in the Homeless shelter, Hospital , Nursing home, and Kindergarten buildings. You get one task per employee and one employee per 20m2.

You can also get extra points from paying, instead of sending in products, for tasks in the Community building. (Again, you get one task per employee and one employee per 20m2.)

Now I know enough concerning all buildings except
/are the products the same types and amounts in higher levels as they where in the lower?

/and concerning the Community Building. The first task gave zero points (but was cheap),
but how about points and costs for tasks in higher levels?
