what is the formula for production output depending on the number of workers?

because as someone pointed out: eg.

Gas (4 workers) = 220,59
Gas (3 workers) = 166,26

BUT: 220,59 / 4 * 3 = 165,44

so the formula isn't linear, but the Kapitools counts it right
