Can anyone tell me why should someone expand safe, gallery, garage, antique, and status building.

It's not that anyone should...
anyone could choose to do so, because an increase in size of
those buildings imply more workers, thus more customers for
the sops that are located in that country.
aside of that, it help you increase your FA.

There is one other reason. I'll ask you to inspect this topic I made when I was pretty new, seems not so long ago.
As Locky stated, expanding the building will increase your fixed assets. These are increased with the expansion or construction of any buildings.

In the third reply, the explanation I give is that of population in the form of employees. The more employees in an area, the higher the population of the area. This population boost will increase the demand for products from NPCs in the area and, therefore, the stores in the area can sell more for more profit. Because of this, the special buildings should be built in areas where your stores are or will be.
Finally, a reason that is not included there is your score. For every special building built, you get an increase in score. Each time one of those buildings reaches a certain size, a quest can be made through it to increase your players' score even more.
