all of my builings dissapperared. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!

ok, i know if you take out a loan and dont pay it back the game will start taking property. I took out some loans and was very willing to pay them back, but i had a baby and could not get on. i get on today and ALL of my properties (sales, production, research) are GONE! all of those properties are worth WAY more than the loan amounts. I need help, i am very upset. I still have the same fixed assets and it still says that i have the same amount of buildings, but when i go to production for instance, it says no such builings have been built. can someone PLEASE help?

Were you a premium account? Is it expired now?

Please bear in mind:If the loan has not been returned until the end of the duration, the Kapi Bank will seize your money. If you are not solvent, the bank will randomly seize your buildings (only the constructing value counts). The value of the seized object can be a lot higher than the loan value. If your account does not cover the loan, it will be reset.

I don't believe there is anyway to get the buildings back. Unless you can pay off the loan. Even then I don't know if they will give you your buildings back.

Correct, there is this warning that loans are a risky business... I hope that you did not ignore the messages that you get before your buildings will be locked.
Due to the fact that it can be risky to use loans you get several messages that remember you to pay the money back before the loan expires.

thats the thing, the money that was owed was deducted from my balance, i had enough to pay, but still my buildings were taken. all 96 of them. It still says i have 96 buildings though and my fixed assets are still the same.

ok i have been waiting for a week now and still have not gotten a reasonable response. My buildings dissappeared and it still says i have all of them and my fixed assets are the same. I had some loans yes, but i had the money IN MY ACCOUNT and IT WAS DEDUCTED TO PAY THEM. Still my buildings ALL OF THEM were taken. Please someone help me. I am on daily and play religiously.

congratulations from me as well!

I have checked out your account, unfortunately, though, once the bank has started seizing your property (and that is independent of your cash, if you haven't used that cash to actually pay back your loan), it cannot be returned. I wish I could give you a more positive reply, but in this case, not even the programmers can do anything...

I have tried to auto-reset your account to the actual number of buildings, but that didn't work, so I have passed the problem on to our programmers. They will change it for you.
