Help Buildings Disapeared

Hi can anyone help? All of my buildings have gone even the free one I cant buy more as im up to my limit I really dont want to reset as ive been playing a year now and ive got quite far in the game.

you've probably taken a loan and didnt pay it back so bank seized your building

There have been warnings tho

Hi yes i did i couldnt log on in time but ive paid it back so what do I do now to free up the space?

It must be a bug since this is the second post I saw about the buildings not being returned after paying back the loan too late.

I don't know what to do but I wish you luck in getting your buildings back.
