q1) what do these buildings do?
q2) what is the purpose of them?

1) They make it easier to set your productions/sales/expantion.

4) They are very helpfull. Who wants to set the production of 100 different buildings one at a time?

so would this mean that once i build one of these buildings if for example i had 100 wells i would not have to go into each every one of them to set the production but but just go into administrative building and set production for all of them.


sell administrative building?
is this option if i had one that could sel?

You can sell the Admin building back to the system if you happened to need the cash. However, I don't recomened it as the building is worth every cent you spend on it.

There is no way to expand the Admin building as there is no need to.
