I forget where I saw it, but the answer I saw was that each person may only hve one account on each realm. There is only this one realm in English for now, but there are 2 in German. It is allowed that 2 different people on the same computer may play in the same realm, as long as they do not transact.

It has been stated before in one of the threads that each person can only have 1 account. If any other person in your household plays kapilands in the same computer as you are, you are not allowed to transact with each other because it will be looked at as an unfair advantage against other players.

Just like what the secretary says, there are many people in the forums or in the market who can be your trading partners.
