I sell Q19 AD to C. company by contract,then I buy Q23 AD from market at once.
The question is "if C. company deny the contract, what will happen in the quality of AD?"

If C. denies the contract, the q19 will come back and be yours, replacing whatever you already had. What I'm less sure of is what will happen if you're also researching lvl 24 when that happens. I think it will go to 19 when your contract comes back, then hit 24 when the research finishes. But I'm not sure, as it doesn't happen often.
If you're worried that C. will reject your q19 contract, there's a little trick you can do. I dont' recommend it often, but it can come in handy. Send the q23 research to yourself in a contract. That way it's protected if the q19 comes back, and when you're ready to accept it, just either confirm or cancel the contract - it will cost nothing since you're paying yourself anyway.
