if you plan to increase your sales then it would be better to split among stores. because you will be expanding a lot and that means the expanding stores will not be available for some time. also, it is cheaper to expand to 100 sqm before even putting advertisements so i would say you should build some 4-5 stores (if you have money for that) which you will gradually expand

For every ONE worker:

Store Type: Unit holding
Car dealer: 4
Drugstore: 200
Electronic store: 32
Beverage store: 260
Jeweler: 80
Supermarket: 400
Furniture store: 20
Toy store: 40
Gas station: 500
Textile store: 200

Store space for products do not actually work by workers. Amount of a product that can be placed is based on the size of the store. Furniture Stores hold 2 furniture per m2. But if you are expanding to the nearest 10m2, then you can use azer's space per worker instead since it all calculates the same way.

Yes, listen to YB. I don't know what I was thinking when I wrote my post.

My stats are for every 10 m2 not for every worker. However, you should hire a worker for every 10m2, unless it is a special building.
