Are there any broken agreements rule?

Are there any rules against not following agreements?
I mean concerning them, who play still. Not so much to do if they stop playing ;-)

Examples from my own situation:
The agreements with Suppliers have functioned OK (but there I'm the buyer, and I suppouse most ones want to sell if playing Kapilands ;-)
but concerning buyers - out of 5 agreements,
/3 functions good,
but
/one never bought at all, although I delivered within some hours from he told his corect company name (discussion started in forum) "because he didn't need it anymore"!!
/and one bought to start with, but have stoped buying, although he have been loged in the days after he stoped buying (agreement was DAILY delivering from me, and then I expect - almost - daily buying from him ;-) NOTE! He stoped buying days BEFORE the holidays, and he is still playing.

no, there are no rules against the bad behaviour of you business partner
just delete them in the adress-book and use the ignore-function
when they will do this a few times more sooner or later nobody will trade with them

OK. Thanks.
(Although that solution don't repair the lost. No big problem for me with the latest I got, but I both lost money, and got stucked a rather long while because of the first time :-/ because it was close to my start.)

There's a strict rule against renegging on auctions. But if you make a private deal and they back out, I would say the best approach is to just not trade with them anymore.

Of course. But then I have lost money/time/both allready, so that's only a "half" solution ;-)

Well,

We could start our own reality thread. "The Kapi Court" presided over by Judge "Wapner" Pearlbay...

;-)
Well. Joke or not.
In an other economic game they HAVE a court, although seldom used. I don't know how if functions, because I have never used it, although I lost 11 money ones ;-)
Perhaps it's enough to know there is a possibility for legal actions to stop most ones from risk to have to go there?...
