Special Building Area Selection?

Recently, I got the quest asking me to build a gallery. Where should i build this? Red, yellow, or green? does it even make a difference?

build in the area, where you have the most stores. you need employees for the specialbuildings and in future you can expand them. more employees - higher demand.

Forgive me, I did not understand that explanation clearly. So the more employees there are in an area, the higher demand there is to buy products within that area. The employees in my gallery slightly affect the price i can put in my stores at first if they're in the same area. As it expands and has more employees, the price may increase with more population coming in the form of employees.

Correct?

for example: if you have all your stores or most of them in germany, build all specialbuildings only in germany.

Does Quality of products have to be Q0 in order to be executed in special buildings?

I bought at the products for Level 2 for kindergarten and I was not given the option to submit the items for points. I have a check mark for level 2 and items still in my warehouse.

you can send in every q. but the complete kind of product in same q.
if you have 2,000 product A in q0 and 3,000 product A in q1 and you need 5,000 product A - it doesnt works.
if you need 2,000 product A, the system pick the lowest q, if there is enough available.

That part I understand, if there are different Q of same product, they cannot be sent.

I just expanded another special building and same thing, no execute/send link. This time I did not get the items.

If it matters.

My HQ is in Saudi Arabia, I have 1 furniture store in SA and all but one Special Building is in SA.
