Is there any way to research water's quality? - so you can produce water quality 1, for example? What do you need to build for that?

i'm not sure if you can read this sentence on this way (i dont think so) but what they mean is, that it is an easy way to start in this game with this products. because it is quiet uncomplicated to produce and there are no different prices caused by different qualities.

so in no case is it possible to increase the quality of stones, water and power
