i unwillingly reset my account pls can admin back me my money and other ?

Hi.

Just some notes on this...

1) You should formulate a very accurate thread-title in order to make it easy to get a quick overview over all important topics.
2) Without a company name, your user-ID and the realm you are playing nobody can help you.
3) There is a tiny, little warning in bright red letters that the account-deletion cannot be undone. Thus unfortunately nobody can help you in this case.

resets wipe the board clean of your previous history. I wasn't aware that deleted history could be recovered without backup...and since I don't think they keep backups, I'm sorry to say that it might just be gone forever...

I don't mean to be cold here, but backups exist to cover technical glitches, not users who do something and then change their mind.
