still haven't get prizes for contest

My ingame name is D Z R K and I have finished on 17th place in contest wine q3 (15.01.2008. - 25.01.2008.) but haven't get anything like a prize...
WHY???

You are not the only one, there is two other topics for this subject with many post from people who didn't get price.
But according to some script (program for sending messages, not certificates) , you got you certificate.
