Can be research bought separately from technology or this is only priced separately? Example: "[FOR SALE] 500sqm MEDIA RC Germany 7M

By buying RC you buy only the building itself without the technology - so for exaqmple if you buy this building you will be able to research there advertisements on your level. It will be just another RC building - same as the one you own now but at different size

And if you buy research - and your research level is higher you basicly get nothing
