depends on what you are producing - low quality steel is produced in green, other things in red (i think)

steel production cost in green is about 5 caps and in red 15 for q0. but production is 25% bigger in red. so if you make high enough quality you can make more money per employee in red. but not with q1 but much higher. go calculate
