Invest market, etc

I want to spend my money on something till I 1up.
I wanna wait till my fixed assets make the level so I want to hide my cash till then. but I've bought just about everything useful and stop selling stuff to the market.

I tried that invest thing but I'd be losing money by doing that.
what can I buy that I can also sell, at or around the same price, till I make my next level?

as far as i'm aware steel should be the most stable good in both realms, because of the constant high demand

i would say steel, buy from npc for 135, but if u want to resell it ur gonna have to contract it for 134, so u would lose, and if u try to sell on market u gotta be same or below npc, but u would again lose as u lose 10%

what i would do is buy a ton of steel, mabye some wood and stones, as these product u will alwasy use for expanding, steel would be the best bet for them as u know the price isn't going to change, wood or stone price u might be able to buy for less in the future, or more, thats a little gamble

so yeah buy a ton of steel and keep it for expanding

coins are a very good long-term investment. For short investments they are not perfect because of big bid/ask spread.

If you really want to micromanage the delay of level promotion (which is rather a short term action) I'd say stockpilling q0 steel is the best idea.
