i have put a action for Afghanistan (Status symb) now i have to sell it to some 1 for 200 mil but he told that he wanne pay 10 mil for not buying it.
is this allouwed???
if yes how we must do this than???

This is true. Bids are binding and we take a very firm stance against people bidding and then backing out.
However, generally speaking if the two of you can reach a mutual decision that you're both OK with, I don't think we need to insert ourselves just to enforce the rules for rules' sake. It does happen that people make bids they can't possibly follow through on and then working out some other arrangement isn't the worst thing.
But in this case I can't say I like the solution either. As I'm sure has occurred to you, there's no way for someone to pay you 10 million for nothing.
So I'd encourage you two to keep discussing and see if you can't work out some deal that is legal but stil satisfies you both.

Here are a few ideas off the top of my head:
- The winner finds a new buyer at the same price so the seller still gets paid
- The winner approaches purchases coins, and the two of you do a coins-for-cash, cash-for-symbol trade.
- The winner sells other status symbols worth an equivalent point total for cash, trades that cash back for the Afghanistan, then buys the items back over time.
