Quality and price

I set quality of my advertisements to 3.
I paid 280,80 for each.
In the warehouse i have my advertisements with quality 1 with price 380.80. Wth is it?

Advertisments Q 3 + power Q0 = Q3/2 = Q1,5=> Q1....

The prices in your warehouse aren't reliable
