How can i increase my power quality? Is it even possible?

This time i just wanna know if it's possible to increase the quality of power, If it is what RC do i need?

Power, water and stone cannot be researched. That means those three items are always produced at Q0.

Yup, Azer beat me to it.... by a few days xD Those 3 products are said to be at Q0 in the game. They are sometimes referred to as products without a quality because their qualities cannot be improved.
