Special buildings?

Do we get more points if we expand?
Do we get more quests if we expand?
I've done both of mine in my Nursing home and expanded it but it didn't give me more quests.

You need to hire employees after you expand to see more scoring opportunities. And in those buildings, you have to expand 20m to hire 1 more employee, it's not the same as the other buildings.
