How to start a new game with new Head Office placement?

The situation is simple: I started game with my Head office in Arabia.
I would like to have Head office in France.
I restared game from Office menu (no tutorial option) - everytjing is new: no buildings, no history, but old Head office.

Is there a way to make it?

I have paid premium and don't want to loose it anyway.
