upgrade time

what determines the time for upgrades?
It seems some take longer than others, what is that based on?

i personally think it is the area because i upgraded my plantations by 10 and my wells by 10 (plantations - green, wells - yellow) and the plantations was like 10 minutes and the wells was close to 20 i think i dont remember it has been a long time

wells take super long. a 1000m2 expansion in red took me like 12 days and the wells took 3 weeks.

I wish they would change it somehow. this is pretty ridiculous:

doesent depend on the area........

it depends on the type of buildings:

all times are per m2

wells, mines are 30 min
plantations are 15 min (green) but some RC's build in red are 15 min to
most of the buildings are 18 min

In my opinion, this is problem the developers way of a way to even out how it happens in real life. My guess is that it takes quite a long period of time to drill a well or build a mine. You don't just build on top of something like you do with a building. It takes a lot of time to drill into the earth and blast into a mountain. This is just my opinion, but I like to think that is what the kapiland developers had in mind.
