it says in my office under profile "Players recruited: 3"

how many people does it take to get a reward?

How about on the score board, Top recruiter, it would encourage people to recruit others to the game.

There's a "recruit link" in your profile. If one of your friends clicks that link and then joins, you've recruited them.
