There will always be contract with offers like these. You dont have to forbid them. Just decline or ignore them. So you loose nothing and the one offering learns, that nobody would buy at those prices...

Yes, he will learn at least if he had to pay forwarding fees on that contract. I would not cancel this contract. As long as the contract is in your office, he cannot dispose of the goods and sell them to anybody else. As he will wait whether you accept the contract or not, he will loose time in selling his products. That's at least the way I handle these contracts.

Setting a maximum price is not possible.
First, it will be difficult to get this price limit for any product. Where to take the limit? Then there will be contests or several other events in which prices will raise rapidly within a very short time.

If you get, however, more of these contracts of the same company, you can also send a pm to one of the moderators. Then it will be checked if this user maybe has to be banned from the game...
