contest certificates

I see people with for example 3 cc's at their name, but with no points ?? How is this possible ?

when you win a cc; how long does it take before you get the certificate ?

There are more ways to get score than just contests. You can build special buildings, do quests and buy status symbles.

It is a score Emblem not a cc.

I know that, its just not always clear what is what...

Those circles indicate how many points the player has. Nothing to do with cc
