Special buildings

There is something that I couldn't understand from FAQ in th game - will I earn money from these special buldings? If they don't make money for me I don't see any use of building them.

So, can somebody tell me do I earn money when I build special building?

No, you can't earn money with them.
But you can get points for your score by solving the tasks.

I don't like the tasks in this building, how can I sell or demolish it? There is no link to sell it.

You gain nothing by demolishing the special building. You won't get any money for it, and you can't sell it. All that you will succeed in doing is lowering your Fixed Assets balance.

I say just leave it, you may change your mind at some point and want the building. It's not using up any of your building slots, so there is no negative impact to keeping the building since you've already built it.

I think I found way to resolve the tasks and make money at the same time - bought toy factory and I will produce everything in it. One part I will sell to the system or at the market, other part will go to the kinder garden (I don't know is it correct - I don't understand German).
