what is the max ammount of advs i can put in to any store?? And i know that ove 40k is a waste! couse there is no more bonus after 40 k advs

You've answered your own question!! 40k advert points is the maximum.
As you say, the system lets you continue to put adverts in, but they have no effect over 40k.
