as you can see from the data you posted, that player is not active... at least not at the moment. So if you have fixed suppliers, you should contact them so that they can take you into their address book or care for avoiding any typing mistake... there is only the possibility to live with that or to change your company name... maybe you can just add one word as an extension... or sth similar...
