What special buildings? (There are more than one type.)

Type one - Kindergarten, Hospital, Homeless shelter, Nursing home.
These buildings give you 20 score when you build them. They start off with 2 "tasks". These tasks give you scores when you complete them. See the task list here.
Type two - Gallery, Antiques storage, Garage, Carpet storage, Safe, Status building, Wine cellar, Hall of fame
These buildings give 40 score when you build them. They are to show off your status symbles and have no other uses. (They are always stored in your warehouse.)
