MAX exspansion

Why should someone max exspand if u need 10 m2 for an employ, and the max exspansion is like 31714 (around there)

The extra 4 can come in handy for Sale Stores. However, that extra 4 is unless for anything else.

My guess it has something to do with the program they use to run the game. But, only the programers can answer that.

It's most likely a constraint of php. The max value for a 16-bit signed integer is 32767, which happens to be the limit for expansion.
