can anybody pelase tell me, when do the new constest start? exact time gmt.

Hi!

No, there isn't anybody who can tell you this.
Only Tycoon knows this because she unlocks the contest stats.

Normally a contest starts when the newspaper with the contest story is published and the stats are unlocked.

thanks for the answer. that's why i don't see starting time and just the ending time.
