how to increase the Q of product?

You do that by,

A: Buying higher Q products from the market and combining them to get higher up.
B: Reserching that product at its specified rc centre.

You must also in the production building, in the top left corner the is a botton with Quality above it, click on it and set it to 125 (easier that way)
