help with gas quality

Hi,

I have researched up to quality 2 of gas but when I tried producing it still says quality 0. Help on this?

what quality oil do you use. If its q0...

Oil ( Q0 ) + Gas ( Q2 ) + Power ( Q0) = 0

means

0+2+0 = 2 2/3 = 0,666 -> Q0

you need Q3 gas reasearch or higher quality oil to produce higher quality gas.
