How can I sell contest certificates?

I am sorry about the noobish question, but I really don't know how to sell a contest certificate.Please, someone asnwer this [censored] question.

Go into your warehouse, then on the left hit the button for "Status-store". It will go to a warehouse screen just for status symbols, then you can send a contract from there the same as the regular warehouse.

Not such a dumb question.
