How are these buildings used?

Administrative buildings construction
Sell administrative building
Expand administrative building

they all cost 500,000Caps

I looked at the help guide but didn't see anything that explained how these buildings worked. Could someone please explain them to me.

I guess the guide doesnt help as its aimed at beginners... and if u get to this satge your not

their should be a new set of help options once you reach manager lvl for your newly available buildings. im not sure about it though.

No, these administration buildings have nothing to do with the Manager level! They are available for all premium users and work as follows:
if you have e.g. an administration building for power plants, you will see a list of all power plants you have. Now you just mark all power plants you want to work on and can cancel the production in these plants or you insert a figure to make the marked plants produce that amount of power.
It's just to take a little work from you if you have lots of buildings of one kind. You should, however, ensure that all of them are nearly of the same size, as otherwise it won't make less work...

These administration buildings also exist for sales buildings. You can go and fill all your shops of one kind at the same time...

(I think they are not yet implemented in the help texts as they are quite new in the game. Is something to be worked on

)

If this was in the info about premium users i would have bought the premium account instead of using the coins for caps... as it was i didnt think there was much of an advantage in having the premium account ()who needs showcase, and im not near 50 buildings) but to have this (which is similar to other games where the basics are transfored to '1 click' operations) i would have bought it for sure

Its stated in the Premium page though, were the advantages are shown...

You have more storing positions in your warehouse.
With a Premium Account you can advertise in your showcase and upload a company banner.
You have more building lots and your company can expand more.
The market is important to find buyer for your products. With a Premium Account you can place more ads there.
The Kapi Bank grants you higher credits (at the level Manager) if you encounter difficult financial situations or need urgently money to buy status symbols.
You support this game by buying a Premium Account.
There are no more advertisements in the game with a Premium Account!
With the administration buildings you can start or cancel producing and selling in more buildings at the same time..
