Paypal automatically converts it to dollars and cents. So yea, it will work just fine.

Not that I'm arguing, I'm sure it is worth 2 euros,

How about with premium accounts you get another available building?
A bauxite mine, to make aluminum, so you can make items that otherwise would be made with steel for much less money?

Admin buildings.

They don't produce anything but when you're starting up 20 of the same building in a row it sure is nice to do it with 3 clicks instead of 60.

When you try to activate you premium account it says:
"This is how you activate a Premium Account:

You have 20 Coins and therefore you can afford a Premium Account for at most 1 month. How many month would you like? One month is 20 Coins."

Yes, you need coins to send a fax! When I tried to do so it says:
"This is how it works:

You have 20 Coins, with them you can at most send 4 faxes.
One fax is 5 Coins.
Please do not send links.
Faxes which contain a link will be deleted without a comment."
