When you stop production ... ?

I have a question... i know that when you cancel a production the quality materials all go to 0. But my question is this... say you are producing a product that takes 6 hours to get say 400 units if you cancel before time will you get the average amounts of units based on the time of production?

tou will get the amount of production for the time that passed until you stopped the production

No, all the materials NOT used up until that point would become q0. All the materials used in production up until that point would be in the finished product.
