cost for making steel shoot up suddenly, why?

why is my unit price for steel that display in the warehouse shoot up to

228.44 while i only use material from my own factories, mines and power

plants? is there something went wrong anywhere?

The prices at warehouse often mix up. Just ignore them. They don't mean anything
