Question about market VS NPC

i noticed sence the game started almost that people sell water for a higher price then the Raw Materials water (1,000,000 @ $0.27)

but their are offers for as much as $1.00 ea water actualy selling!

my question:

does the NPC sale which is always available for $0.27 go away after a certain ammount of days?

or is their a point to buying from other players instead of the NPC?

and if so, how long does the NPC raw materials sale go for until its no longer available to me?

The NPC price won't change during the whole game and it won't disappear.
There are companys which hope that there are others who do not see the NPC and buy the more expensive products. And unfortunately sometimes it works

man, and to think how much money i've saved knowing that the NPC was cheaper lol.

lol, people new to the game who don't know that out of the 680k they need to buy $80,000 in fixed assets to trade. lol silly cheaters.
