How do you make a contract with another player?

You should play the tutorial

Go to your warehouse, enter the quantity into the input fields in the "Ware"-column. On the bottom of the page you'll find "Send as contract to a company." Enter the recipient's company name and the price (per unit) and click "send". Confirm the contract on the next screen and wait until the other company signed it.
