hi i was just woundering if you could research the same thing in 2 buildings at the same time? i want to research advertisements and its taking such a long time so i decided to move it to france where the research will be quicker but was woundering could i use both buildings to research advertisement at the same time?

Not possible, no
If you need to speed up your research the only way is to expand the building (and of course have it in red).
If you have two research centers, you can keep one researching while the other is expanding, thus maintaining the highest speed possible

well if u finish researching in one bldg then u can research the next quality in another bldg
for eg: if u got 2 media RC and u research Q1 in one of them after u have finished researching u can researching Q2 in the other also but u cant resaerch Q2 while ur researching Q1 not possible or else the game wud be very easy just make 127 research bldg and put all 127 researched together

also is the best thing to do to keep to the one product the whole time i usually get bored of it after a while and start making someting else but i still make what i was making before just slower like at the moment i have 20 buildings and im selling computers tables and gas while also selling steel at the market but is it best to just stick to one thing?

Well I would say it's best to focus your research as much as possible. Steel, power, stones ... these things sell fine at q0 so you can always keep them on the side.
But when it comes to researching up quality, you probably wouldn't want to have 4 products at q4 while the competition has a single product at q10.
What you might want to do is pick 2-3 related fields. You could research high chemical and plastic quality, then switch among Detergents, Lotions, and Toothpaste as the mood strikes you. Additionally all can be made at the same factory and sold at the same store, so you don't have to worry about doing enough of each thing to keep each store busy enough.
Or you can just do whatever makes you happy. But I do think that splitting up your research among too many places is going to keep you from getting as high as others do.
