Score and Fixed asset

Can someone explain to me how to get score and gained Fixed asset other than building stuff.

Hello

The fixed assents represent only your buildings. So You can higher these only by building new facilities or by expanding existing.

You'll get score for status-symbols, special buildings or succeeded quests.

if i restart will my assets turn into cash after the restart?

Cash: 21,771.76

No, if you restart you will find the same conditions as when you start with the game....
