I want to build a food factory. where should I build it? In the red area?or in the green one? In which area will the products be produced faster?

From my personal expertise I advise you not to build any food factory at all. The returns on the food proccessing are very poor at the moment. At least I am not comfortable with payback periods exceeding 40 days.
If you want to produce flour or coffee powder defintelly go green (production costs). For other products go red as eventual expansions are more economically viable (but ROI on simple 20m2 factory is better in green). But given the really poor profits I once again suggest not entering the business. The market is simply devastated by the dumping prices (wares produced below the market cost of raw materials).
