Special Buildings

Im now Level Small bussinesman And I would like to know some things about special buildings.
How many points Do you get If you only build them?
Why is bettet(or worst)To build in RED,GREEN and YELLOW?
Ive heard some things about filling them with products and than you get scores. How much scores do you get? and how much products and with which products you must fill each special Building?

I can only help with the Homeless shelter for now.
I think that you can build it anywhere, no difference, 20 points for the building.
For 1 points deliver 500 Breads, Flour, Sugar and Pork - that was quite easy, all from market.
For 2 points deliver 1,000 Shoes, Pullovers, Jeans and Textiles - I am working on that, Shoes seems to be a problem, but what the hell, I can use one Textile factory, so I already produced the shoes, working on the rest.

And it also seems that it either cannot be expanded at all, or I at least need to fulfill the quests.

Using the topic since it's questions about the same thing:

Makes no diference where you build the special building? (green/red/yellow)
Besides the giving points quests, does the building does anything? Produces anything? Buys anything?
This is, does it pays off to make a building right now, or should i wait a little when i have more cash?
