Are we Aloud to advertise our Syndicate website for kapilands through fax & message?

no I am afraid that's not allowed - no links are permitted on the fax system and via mass messages to other players. You can contact your friends and send them the link if they are interested, but sending out advertising messages containing the links to random players unasked is considered spamming and therefore not permitted.

OK, So for example if i sent to a friend of mine on Kapilands who i know is in food buissness saying Look, I made a food union wouldm you be intresting in joining?

Then the link :

Would that not be allowed?

If the person is a friend of yours, you are therefore not sending the link to a random person and the link is to a site referring to Kapilands then yes, in that case that's permitted.

Celtne's fax is within the rules and there's nothing wrong with it.

No it isn't. Its an external link to a separate website from kapilands. Celtne's is an internal link to the official Kapilands forum.

You've asked the question. Pearlbay gave you the answer and you still posted it and broke the rules. Why did you bother asking in the first place?
