If 11 billion is the lowest for a 32767m Grocery and say you make 1000 PROFIT not money PROFIT a min then it would take you 20 years to get the money back so say you say okay i want it to take a year max you paying 550 million for it WAY UINDER

Why is Building cost so high. Is it really worth buying Buildings, The Question is that and if i had 21.000m and 18.000m Grocery allreayd is it worth getting another?
