The "Help" says dat it costs no element to make power....then wat actually do u require to make power...and how much is da unit produce...?

Just money.

If your power plant is in a green country, it costs 0.01 to make 1 power.
If your power plant is in a yellow country, it costs 0.02 to make 1 power.
If your power plant is in a red country, it costs 0.03 to make 1 power.

Most people build in Green because of this. You make more power per day producing in red, but the cheaper cost in green is usually the best.

so if i wanna make power....how much time will it take to make 100000 power...if i build it in -

1. red region
2. yellow region
3. green region

Red: 320831 per day
Yellow: 256608 per day
Green: 256608 per day (yes, the same as yellow)

This is depending on the seize of your building, because you can expand your building and with that, you produce more power/hour.
