By mistake, I received a overpayment from a customer. Is there any way I can issue a refund?
Thanks

What is the definition of 'minimal'?UnityGasExchange wrote:No, this would contribute gift giving which isn't allowed, unless of course the difference was minimal, in which case it may be acceptable, but only as part of another contract, but it would be best not to.
In any case, this worked out in your favor, enjoy.
Hi Johnson Variety,
I think UnityGasExchange means that if the overpayment is only minimally different from the regular market prices.
What you can do in such a case, however, is to alert our support under:

Tell us the contract you are referring to and your contractual partner, then have him return the product for the same price, and we will note this down, so neither of you will face any problems.
Then you can resend the contract for the correct price afterwards.
Best regards,
pearlbay
